WCG Connect TV DVR Issues

We know how important DVR recordings are to our members, so to ensure the highest level of reliability, we have temporarily disabled the Restart and Catch-up features.

This action has successfully stabilized recording performance. We are now focused on reintroducing the paused features as soon as possible. Further updates will be shared as progress is made. Westman will be performing overnight maintenance in Glenboro on February 19th between 2:00am and 6:00am that will impact services for up to 1 hour.
