Neepawa Maintenance Notice

Beginning September 2nd, 2025, there will be ongoing maintenance in the Neepawa, MB area. Our goal is to keep service interruptions to a minimum during that time. However, during the maintenance hours, there may be experienced downtime on internet services for a few minutes at a time. There may be instances when intermittent outages may occur during business hours. We will strive to keep these instances to a minimum.

Important Notice for iOS Email Users – Sectigo Certificate Issue

We’re aware that some iOS/MacOS users may be experiencing issues accessing email due to the Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 certificate not being recognized by their device.

To resolve this issue, you have two options:

1. Update Your iOS/macOS to the Latest Version
   Apple regularly updates its list of trusted root certificates. Installing the latest version of iOS may resolve the issue automatically. or
2. Install the Certificate Manually. Search for the Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 certificate from the official Sectigo website or other trusted sources. Once downloaded, install the certificate directly on your iOS device.

This issue is related to the configuration and certificate store of the end-user device, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide direct assistance beyond the suggestions above.
