WCG Connect TV DVR Issues

We are currently experiencing an issue impacting our ConnectTV restart, playback and DVR services.  Our teams have actively started deploying a solution, based on feedback from our vendor, to implement the necessary fixes and restore full functionality.  There may be intermittent issues while the work is being performed.  We appreciate your patience and continued support by choosing Westman.

Overnight Maintenance - February 3rd - Brandon 9th Street South

Westman is performing overnight maintenance on February 3rd between Midnight and 6:00am in the 9th Street South area. This will impact services on the following streets for 5-15 minutes at a time:

Maryland Ave between MacLeod Dr and Cornwallis Crescent

9th St between Maryland Ave and Portola Dr

Aldrin Way

Baffin Lane

Coulter Way

Magnolia Dr

Sycamore Dr

Maple Ridge Dr

Overnight Maintenance - February 5th - Virden North End

Westman will be disconnecting service to a part of Virden to accommodate a Manitoba Hydro pole replacement on February 5th between 4am and 6am. This will impact the area around King St and 3rd Ave

Overnight Maintenance - February 5th - 18th St S

Westman will be performing overnight maintenance on February 5th between 5am and 7am in the area of 18th St S and Patricia Avenue impacting services for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This will impact the following streets:

18th St between Maryland Ave and Patricia Ave

Lyndale Blvd

Patricia Ave between 18th St and 9th St

Laurel Bay

Kelsey Bay

Young Ave

Tracey St between Patricia Ave and Young Ave

Camryn Lane

Jadyn Lane
