WCG Connect TV DVR Issues
We know how important DVR recordings are to our members, so to ensure the highest level of reliability, we have temporarily disabled the Restart and Catch-up features.
This action has successfully stabilized recording performance. We are now focused on reintroducing the paused features as soon as possible. Further updates will be shared as progress is made. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the high-quality TV experience you expect from Westman Communications Group.

Service Interruption March 10th - Brandon
On March 10th, in Brandon, we will be working on our infrastructure to improve your service; thus, you may experience intermittent service interruptions. Our goal is to keep service interruptions to a minimum during this time, but there could be a few take place between 1am to 6am. Please note, these interruptions could last a few minutes or a few hours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work on improving your services.
