• Watch Your Email: Your email inbox will receive an important notification containing essential details about the WCG Connect TV service and the specific date your account will be transitioned.
• Need Help? Get a head start and find support resources here:
  • Getting started with WCG Connect TV on your current box
  • Keep Connect TV handy by adding the app to your favourites

The monthly rate for select WCG services will be adjusted effective January 1, 2026.

We have identified phishing emails circulating in which scammers are impersonating Westman Communications Group or its representatives. These fraudulent emails prompt recipients to click on a link to update their wcgwave.ca mailbox, falsely claiming that failure to do so will result in closure of the account. Please exercise caution and refrain from clicking on any suspicious links.

We are closing all old versions of our Mailbox as of October 20, 2025. Please follow the link below to update your account. (link would be here) Thanks for using Wcgwave © 2025. Please do not reply to this message. Mail sent to this address cannot be answered.

Again, this is a phishing attempt, so please DO NOT click on the link in this email if you receive it or an email similar to it.
