Notice to Members (Early Closure)

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, our Customer Service area at 1906 Park Ave will close early at 4:00 PM for a private event. We thank you for your understanding.

Notice to InfiniTV Viewers
August 25, 2025
Coming soon, InfiniTV is being flipped over to our all-new WCG Connect TV (launching very soon!). As part of this transition, your existing InfiniTV recordings will not transfer to WCG Connect TV.
We encourage you to watch any saved recordings on InfiniTV in the next month to make sure you do not miss your favourite shows. Once the transition is complete, you will have access to Cloud DVR on WCG Connect TV, which allows you to record, store, and watch programs across all your devices.

We’re expanding your WCG TV lineup with two new channel additions coming August 19, 2025:
- Willow TV (HD) – Channel 214
Your go-to channel for nonstop cricket action. Willow TV brings live matches, highlights, and exclusive coverage from top leagues like the ICC, IPL, and more. Available in: Sports Theme Pack, individually.
- Toon-A-Vision (HD) – Channel 111
A fresh destination for family-friendly animation. From preschool picks to teen adventures, there’s something for every young viewer. Available in: Basic Package, individually.
