Notice -  VOD discontinued on TiVo
As of January 1, 2025, Video On Demand (VOD) functionality has been discontinued on TiVo boxes. This change is in accordance with the National Content & Technology Cooperative and will affect TiVo set box users. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why are rates going up?
Westman is committed to providing you with the best services and customer experience available. As Westman continues to invest in its network infrastructure, we periodically need to adjust prices due to increases we experience in programming and other associated business costs. 

When will I see this on my bill?
A notice will appear on your next bill and will be reflected on your statements.

How much is my bill going up by?

We have identified phishing emails circulating in which scammers are impersonating Westman Communications Group or its representatives. These fraudulent emails prompt recipients to click on a link to update their wcgwave.ca mailbox, falsely claiming that failure to do so will result in deactivation or disabling of the account. Please exercise caution and refrain from clicking on any suspicious links.

In order to decrease the number of inactive accounts, all wcgwave mailboxes must be updated while we undergo maintenance. Your mailbox will be suspended if they are not updated within 24 hours.

Users will need to verify by confirming their email addresses.
