As a valued member of Westman Communications Group, we want to keep you informed about a potential service disruption at Canada Post.
Due to the uncertainty around a Canada Post strike, we will not be sending out bills in the mail. This change is in place to help ensure you continue to receive your billing information without interruption. To stay informed and access your billing details securely and conveniently, we encourage you to sign up for the free My Westman Portal.

Our signal suppliers have notified us that as of May 20, 2025, Westman Communications Group will no longer be able to provide the following channels:
- Family Jr. ch. 110
- Family Channel ch. 111
- WildBrain TV ch. 112
These channels will be removed from your channel guide automatically, along with any associated charges.

Notice - VOD discontinued on TiVo
As of January 1, 2025, Video On Demand (VOD) functionality has been discontinued on TiVo boxes. This change is in accordance with the National Content & Technology Cooperative and will affect TiVo set box users. We apologize for any inconvenience.
