Paperless Billing FAQs

Q: How will I receive my monthly statement?  

A: Beginning May 15, 2025, monthly statements will be accessible on the My Westman portal in a digital format.  

  

Q: Why won’t I receive a physical monthly bill?  

A: WCG will reduce its paper usage in 2025. By utilizing a digital version of your monthly statement, we will provide the same information as a physical bill using an efficient and sustainable delivery method. 

  

Q: How do I register for a My Westman account?  

 A:  

  1. Visit our website at https://mywestman.westmancom.com
  2. Register for a “My Westman” account using your Westman Communications Group credentials. 
    •      Click “Sign Up” at the bottom of the page
    • Enter your email address (this can be any personal email address) and create a password. Select “Continue.”
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your first name, last name, WCG account number and the last name listed on your account. Select “Submit.”
    • To confirm your identity as the primary account holder, you will be asked additional questions. Once you’ve provided this information, select “Submit.” 

  

Q: Will I still receive email reminders of bill payments coming due?  

A: If you have opted for email reminders, you will continue to receive them.  

  

Q: I cannot access the Internet. How will I access my monthly bill?  

A: For members unable to access digital billing, exceptions will be made. Members that require a physical monthly bill will need to email CSSR@westmancom.com, or call our customer service to make arrangements.
