The New Q Country Nominated for 2019 Manitoba Country Music Awards Radio Station of the Year

Q Country 91.5 FM, which is locally owned and operated by Westman Communications Group, is excited to announce that they have been nominated for the 2019 Manitoba Country Music Awards for Radio Station of the Year.

“Having served the Westman area for over 40 years, and with the continued development of the Q Country brand, we are very excited to once again be nominated for Country Music Station of the year by the Manitoba Country Music Association,” said General Manager Cam Clark.

Along with the new Q Country being nominated for Radio Station of the Year, talented co-morning host, Leanne Doty has been nominated for On-Air Personality of the Year. Over the past 35 years of Doty’s immaculate hosting, she has received awards from the Canadian Country Music Association for Music Director of The Year and from Manitoba Country Music Association for Radio Personality of The Year.

The Manitoba Country Music Association along with Dauphin’s Countryfest, will present the award winners at the 3rd annual MCMA gala on November 10th. For more information, visit www.manitobacma.com/news.php.
