Westman Communications Group is closing out the 2019 #ConnectingWestman Tour in Virden on September 11, 2019.

Westman embarked on a journey to fiber-connect all 34  communities in which they serve to offer faster Internet speeds, enhanced digital TV and home phone solutions; but their #ConnectingWestman initiative goes far beyond connecting services, striving to connect communities to more resources that drive community growth.

That's why this summer, we're touring Western Manitoba, taking the #ConnectingWestman initiative to the grassroots of our communities. We will be bringing the whole family with us - WCGtv, Westman Business Solutions, 94.7 Star FM, and Q Country 91.5 FM - so you can expect loads of entertainment. We will host our annual Charity Barbecue in your town, in support of a local initiative, and a visit to our open house will give you the opportunity to preview our services and ask our friendly & knowledgeable staff questions. Be on the look out for Trent B., host of the Q Country Morning Show, who will be making stops around town handing out treatsl Your local community programming, WCGtv, will be touring the town capturing all the action.

"For over 40 years, we have been supporting the development of the communities we serve," said CEO Dave Baxter. "Being involved in these communities makes us feel more connected to our members.
