To Apply
  1. All sections of the application form are to be typewritten or clearly printed.
  2. Your submission must contain the following:
    • Completed application form (see link below)
    • Post-secondary institution acceptance letter or completed application form.
    • Senior IV transcript of marks.
    • Photo (school picture, graduation picture or other similar portrait). The winning applicant's name and photograph are published in the local newspaper announcing their achievement.
  3. Return your submission before May 31st to your school guidance counsellor.
