David Baxter, C.A.
Dave Baxter is President and CEO of Westman Communications Group, which is based in Western Manitoba. David is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba. Prior to joining Westman Communications Group in 1995, he was the senior finance and corporate planning executive with a large transporter and supplier of natural gas. As well he has had extensive consulting experience in the Calgary offices of two international accounting firms. David's industry and community contributions include:

Director, Technical Operations
Rob Bazilewich
Rob is responsible for all aspects of technical and engineering operations including Cable TV and Internet installations, repair service, construction, maintenance and property management. As a telecommunications graduate, Rob has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years, working in the television, radio, cable and telephony environments. Rob believes that with the brisk pace of technology and the subsequent convergence of technologies that Westman Communications Group will continue to be the premier service provider.
Director, Marketing and Sales
Neil Thomson
Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba. As Director, Marketing and Sales, Neil's responsibilities include marketing and sales for product lines of Westman, as well as for the community programming channels that Westman provides. Neil is active locally and nationally, being on the Board of Brandon Area Community Foundation, the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba and as the past chair of the Cable Standards Foundation of Canada.
Chief Financial Officer
David Thorpe, CGA
In addition to his primary responsibility for the financial management and performance of Westman, David is responsible for operating practices across the organization and for evaluation of future plans. David, a Certified General Accountant from southern Ontario, has applied his profession in manufacturing, construction and land development, public accounting, the agricultural sector and computer systems development. To David, Westman is a unique opportunity as an employee. Technology is constantly evolving creating new services and capabilities for Westman's subscribers.
